Car : 2005 BMW 325i
Problem : Spark Plugs have no Spark.
Already Tried :
1. Grounding Engine with a cable
2. Changed DME/EBOX FUSED/RELAYS
3. SWAPED ECU/EWS/KEY
4. Changed CPS Sensor
5. FUEL IS GOOD.. TONS OF FUEL
The 2 Wires Off the Ignition Coil Harness ( Brown and Red i think ) Has Power to them.
What else can it be?
Who every figures out the problem and it starts up ill paypal $

Fuel pump

Turn the key to the #2 position but don't crank the motor. You should hear the fuel pump buzing trying to pressure up the rail. If not, the pump may bebad or the relay is blown.

Guys, his problem is no spark, NOT no fuel, however it is a good question to ask if you have already checked for no fuel. Are you absolutely certain it is no spark, or are you just saying "no spark" since the car will not turn over...?
I already have fuel ... Added this to the top.
No Spark.
I removed the coil, put spark plug in them and tried to start to visually see a spark and nothing.
Are you throwing any codes? The obvious misfires will probably be there, but there might be others that could point to it.

And all 6 are getting no spark? If all 6 are getting no spark, AND you truly are throwing no codes, this may be a job for a pro. Find a good indy shop that can fully test the memory/ecu/boxes etc and run a full diag on it.

Why'd you just tell us that his problem is no spark and not no fuel.. and then you went and said it yourself?
I didn't give OP the benefit of the doubt when it comes to knowledge of cars and figured that his car was just not getting fuel because I'm sure it was trying to turn over and never did. It's a common problem on the E46 and I still think OP should check the fuel pump before tearing everything apart.

I have got spark in 4 Coil packs now.
Missing 2 .. But why will it only bring up 4 instead of all 6 ?
Pretty sure DME is good. going to do a swap tonight.
Cant be just the coils, i used a good coil on both
just from googling...

Already Eliminated that by replacing it with a brand new one.

Yes. i solved this problem! Actually started it up tonight.
What happened was i had a M54 Engine.
I used a M52TU Valve Cover, So that meant using the M52 Spark Plug Coils.
Apparently The ECU PIN OUT for the Coils are different meaning the harness for coils are different.
Got the Pin Out Connect all the wires correctly and it started.
Now i gotta see how to buy a Connect for the ECU for the spark plug harness to fit securely in their.

Ya, Its my fault should of know better.
MS43 DME and MS45 DME have complete different pin outs.
Lesson Learned. Take it as a learning experience cause i learned so much about the electrical Ahaha.

Hey what did you end up buying to be able to convert the pin out ? Having the same issue now , got a 01 330i that has a 03 330i zhp motor in but don’t see any spark when I attach the plug to the coil and apply it to a ground. The motor is cranking and I can hear the fuel pump prime.
