OBD I or OBD II on 95 750iL

I have a 95 750iL that I was told used OBD I. I tried to do the gas pedal thing, but nothing happened. No lights or anything.

I do have a port next to the cupholders that I think is for OBD II. Is is possible that some 95's have it?

    Thanks

Would it have the port if it wasn't OBD II, or did they possibly put in a fake one to fill the space?

    Thanks

I'm pretty sure you don't really think they would put a fake OBD-II connector on your car to fill up space. Do you?!?

NO, I don't think so. I just wanted an opinion since a 95 is not suppose to have that option!!!
