    abs/brakes system swap - m3 vs non-m3 e36 difference

some people say that m3 e36 abs is different than non-m3 abs. That tune in m3 is more aggressive. But, in bmw on-line parts catalog abs ecu have same part number for all models:
    http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/34521163089/

abs sensors have same part number.

So, what is differences between non-m and m models? abs pump and brake boster have different part numbers but if I am correct abs pump only close and open oil flow to callipers? Correct me.

I ask because want to know if I swap calipers, rotors and abs pump to non-m3 model do I have same functionality?

    thanks

You should be Fine, as long as you also use the M3 front spindles.
(The E30 M3 has different programming in the ABS ECU.)
    Sensors are the same.
