I'm guessing you're selling since you're getting rid of the M5, have you installed it/tried it out? (I'm interested in buying, btw)
I never installed the chip in the M5 as it was going to be the last thing I was going to do.
Ater I got all my ignition issues sorted out, the plan was to dyno the car, install the chip and dyno again to see the change in the midband power curve.

Maybe interested. I currently have Dinan software. Do you know the difference?
I don't know the difference but a mark d chip was the only one I was going to use

I personally have both Dinan and MarkD (EAT) chips and the latter is noticeably more aggressive.
I've ran the EAT for over a year..would recommend.

Do you have dynos comparing them? Or is it just a stronger "seat of the pants" feeling?
I'm going to pull my dme and see if any PO installed a chip, if not - I'll take it. Gonna have to wait for this rain to stop. I should know by tomorrow morning, weather permitting.
Mark D is the best M5 chip. A$$ dyno proven Mark himself has 2 or 3 M5's btw.

Hmmm I wonder if this chip would remedy my car bucking under acceleration? It has 280 degree cams for intake and exhaust oem mag headers straight pipes and a tri flow box.
I can vouch for this chip. Putting it in feels like an engine refreshing. I have the 91octane one. is that 93 oct?

Aww, that was my next question. I need a 93. The search continues. Best of luck with the sale!
Just confirmed with Mark that it is a 91 octane chip and he does not make a 93 octane version.

Does he make a chip for the S38B38?
I do not know.
You can contact him at Mark.dsylva (at) gmail.com and ask.
