    FYI - From the seller...

We oversold the plugs. We had a computer glitch in the middle of the night and it didn't update the quantity available until the morning. So if you could apologize on my behalf to the forum, I would appreciate it. It's not normally how we do business, and we have put safeguards in place this morning to make sure it doesn't happen again hopefully. I had to cancel a couple of orders this morning, so I am sure there will be some upset people.

So, was this a fake sale? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1994-BMW-8-....m43663.l10137

It was only online for 24 hours, no bidders. If no reserve, $60k would seem like a good price for an 85.5k mile euro CSi.

Can it be driven across the border into the US or does it need to visit Max Lumens first?

    Genuine Bosch F8LCR plugs $48/doz
Asked seller to confirm they were F8LCR (not FR8LC) and he confirmed. He has 173 in stock. If you want the correct OEM plug for your M70, buy a set while you can. I ordered a set...
    FWIW!

Dag it! Missed out......anyone wanting to get rid of a couple sets, please let me know . This too is the same plug for the S70, correct?

Well if you want the inverse of that CSi, here you go, Euro CSi in California, Brilliantrot over Calypsorot:

Especially since you can order them direct from Schmiedmann.com for under $1000; add $158 to have them come pre-painted. Still not cheap, but cheaper than these guys, and cheaper than the other seller on eBay who was asking even more.

If you think that’s a good price, I’ll sell you a pair, with glass, shipped for only $1350. Or you can buy them yourself for $350 less from the site I noted. I don’t get why people think spending more money is a good deal.

It's not always easy to find. But this works. Use this link to access the sport mirrors: https://old.schmiedmann.com/8_series...page3.htm#6832 (which are currently showing as out of stock, but they will order more if you order them) -- then click on the button that says "Often sold together", and you will then go to the page with the option for painting the mirrors. It's actually only $155.99. And remember, you can save about $300 if you don't want the memory function.

Thanks. Total comes out to be $1140 and with mirror glasses would end up around $1300. Great deal if paint job is excellent and definitely even better for those who don't care about memory function.
