Spoiler is made by Zeemax, along with the whole bodykit on that car. Its not available any longer, as far as I know it hasn't been for the past year or two as their website is not in function since then.I have never seen that rear spoiler before.

The listing says the damage is "mechanical" in nature. Hasn't the 560G transmission been NLA for at least a few years? I'd bet the transmission went (or is at least in the process, since the listing says "runs and drives") and the owner either couldn't find a replacement that wasn't a million dollars, or couldn't be bothered since the cost of a replacement trans plus shop labor would way exceed the value of a nearly 200k mile 91 850.
