do US CSI's not get the sport seat option??
CSi prices definitely seem to be hovering around that amount now.

Alec, it has the stock phone.
Why do the US market get such duds, not just the CSI but other models as well they miss out on so much of the good stuff
why would you bother with a CSI for the extra money you would pay for them then there is the lighting,E46 M3,e34 M5 3.8 the list goes on.... sorry vent over

Because in the early 90's competition wasn't what it is today....and the national speed limit was 55mph. ie. No need for AHK and floating rotors.
They were developed to outbrake and outmanoeuvre the Porsches and Ferraris on the German autobahns, and largely succeeded in doing this.
There are a lot of exclamation marks in that ad....but then, it is a CSi.

wow. gorgeous and literally brand new. $132.000, 25K more than new car price.
$25K more than the price in 1994 but inflation would see a brand new csi costing $100K in 1994 costing around $160K in 2016. That said, a brand new car doesn't usually come with 21 year old tyres, plastics, etc. Fantastic car but for that money I'd rather buy one that has been driven and properly maintained. Would you trust 21 year old suspension and tyres?
already sold !

I am (obviously) watching these closely.......reasonable milage, well taken care ones, in mint condition sell fast..... the moment you have special interior and colors (rare colors, bi-color leather, wood, etc...)..... I would not sell it.
Not really surprised... only about 1200 (eu versions) ever made (a really low number for special cars......) minus wrecked ones (nobody knows that number).
Just compare with production numbers of other special cars from the 90's......this is LOW, so has to go up.
I am more suprised with the 850i en ci versions:
Already above 50K (low milage, manual, M-package, EDC, AHK, special interrior, sport seats, etc ...). Do they sell these.... not many, but euro 30K-40K+ they do sell.
