I've got enough PMs about questions about my car that I figured I'd start a build thread here...
I bought it from the original owner with full documentation and 84,000 on the clock. It was bone stock, but not for long.

Pictures from bringing her home.
After getting used to the car I added some clears and black kidneys.
Took some pics that came out looking really old in the snow...
Then once I got passed the one year point I picked up some Kosei K1s but I looked like a 4x4...
Then this passed summer is when the fun started to happen. I bought some TC Kline coilovers with Vorshlag camber plates, along with some other minor mods...
One last pic, because racecar...

Comments and criticism are welcome, but I didn't take the pics, the 997 owner did. I also might be buying the M a friend for the garage so stay tuned...
I've been accumulating quite a few parts recently and still have a ton to order so I decided to play some tetris before killing bugs with my front end Many more parts to come in the coming months since I have no sold my roll bar and maybe buy 3 piece wheels or custom RPF1s in a GB. If you look closely you will find a Bimmerworld gift card on the box that the xbrace is on, and also that box contains a new radiator. Edit: I will also add that the dresser has oil, oil filters, brake fluid, and amber lights.
And for the cyclists out there:parrot:

Had a BMW party at Andrew's to roll Mike's fenders and put on his wheels and my new steering wheel, and then we just did some other things too.
UFO!!!!!!!!!!
Steering wheel review: The 330mm wheel makes the steering feel so much tighter and more precise. I still can see the gauges fine, except for part of the gas and temp gauge. More pics of the steering wheel installed will come tomorrow for 3MPowered
Parts Update: I no longer can add the steering wheel and hub to tetris with my parts, but I ordered a VAC baffled oil pan and a PC'd and AKG reinforced front subframe yesterday so that should be fun.
More steering wheel and stereo/bluetooth/iPod setup:
97000!

Having some fun with instigram today:parrot:
With all of this time travel I needed to go to Pepboys to grab an extra quart of oil to put in.
My new lovely steering wheel... New seats will probably come this summer.
And for all the comments on shitty pictures, it's instigram so they are supposed to suck... planning to have ATR Photography come out to take pics here though
Hmmmm should I go back to ambers and do fog deletes and depo or dj auto lights?
Some pics from today...
Then my girl treated me to freshly brewed coffee and hand glazed donuts in the city... we saw an odd fella with blue hair though:taser:
Finally paid for some more parts today from DER Motorsports... thanks again Dan!
Drilled OPN
Oil pan gasket
2.8 Z3 Oil pick up tube
Oil pan suction gasket
Exhaust hangers
Vorshlag motor and trans mounts

I see you listed two different tire sizes/brands. Still running staggered? If so, why?
Parts to be installed next week... still waiting on a few things to get here though
oh hey.. that's my old oil pan, and a freshly reinforced/PC'd subframe...
kinda like the other 6 subframes I have in the basement, that just came from the powdercoater this morning
good stuff man

your pictures:miles ratio is pretty high man. stop taking pics and drive the damn thing.
also, add "repair rear bumper scratches" to future mods/maint list man. every picture i see of your car from the rear (all 467 of them) all i see is the damn black scratches.
Also, ditch the clears, they look ricer
otherwise, very nice car man. love the red.
coming soon, S54's for everything....
Nice!! Any plans engine wise?

1999 Cosmos E36 M3 Engine: TRM Tune, M50 manifold, B&B Exhaust, BW ASC delete, AFe CAI and LOTS of other stuff

I will eventually do cams and the whole nine yards as far as n/a goes, but i want to work on driver skill now. I'm doing all of the front end overhaul tomorrow if the rest of my parts come and then I will also do the rtab pockets, an alignment, and some suspension tuning. After that is just track days, a new helmet, and possibly some nice wheels for the street. I will also eventually buy another roll bar.
