Well the front seats just looked worn and i would be interested but would the rear door cards fit in an 01 330ci?

Sorry, was too early, misread your post as wanting just the panels lol.
Rear seats, rear panels will NOT fit. Front panels will fit fine. Front seats will bolt in, but you'll have 2 seatbelts per side... Not an ideal solution.
