I think it has good response (seems about like my old gt35r or efr8374 on open manifolds) but have been so busy I have put only a couple of thousand miles on it and have not really beaten on it ir had time to dyno. I did a test a while ago for response. 2000 rpm in 4th steady cruise. Floor it. Lift at 3000 rpm. I did it a few times and eboost2 peak hold showed 18 psi. Check with chikinhed. He has same turbo and ts steed mani and just got his running. He has proper data logging stuff.

What would be the downside to go with a t3 adapter and getting a t3 divided .82 ar...

What's wrong with 1.06 ? For divided you usually want
    1.0X AR.

I spoke to several people and they all say 1.06 is not ideal and will experience lag.
I want to go back to .82 or in between .82 and 1 ar

    Who is "you"?

    Explain this please
    and show data to support.

Generally the divider is not accounted for. Therefore running a 1.00 AR is in the ballpark of a 0.7X to 0.8X AR open. So running a 0.8X AR divided would be like a 0.6X AR open. Good for spool, but hurts topend flow significantly.

    Understood,
but TWINSCROLL turbos STILL perform better across the board even with the same AR (all things equal) where's Kam

This article documents the advantages well.

I'm going for it, pulling the trigger buying the adapter and t3 .82ar divided turbine housing, will be good for testing.
I also got the TIAL 44mm today, will be installing tonight.
I'm waiting for Chikenhed to do some logs and get some data on his turbo, more than likely will be buying one of those as well.

Anyone knows the part # for the correct fitting for the TIAL MVR... the one I got is not thick enough, after installing it the actual fitting keeps moving freely, as you can see the one that comes with the waste gate is thicker and allows the fitting to make pressure against the head bolt and wastegate

make sure you got an authentic Tial. The ones usually sold on Ebay are Chinese knockoffs.

I'm running stainless steel lines off the gate, you want a 10mm 1.0 to 4AN or 3AN whatever your using.

I tried using what your attempting years ago, you can make it work if you cut the threads down a little.

You would need 4an male to 4an female adapter to space the banjo up. Did not look to see whether such adapters exist.

    Small update.
I installed the TIAL, although a little better still having spool lag per say, I don't see 10 PSI until 3500rpm and full boost by 4k ash... spoke to John at CES, compared with his recent GT3586 with stock wheel and cams and Im 300rpm off, he seems to think as well as others that is normal.
Now, fast forward to today, I decided to do a boost leak test in section, first turbo piping all the way to the TB but not including it, all normal; then from cold piping (after IC) forward and dear god, found 2 massive boost leaks, first one at the pre TB meth injector and 2nd at the TB elbow, the latest was massive !
Im fixing it now and will do a test drive, will see if I notice any difference.

I have a Gt3582r T3 1.06ar on my S50. With electronic boost control I hit 15psi around 3800rpm. EBC off just spring pressure hits full boost a little after 4000rpm. So doesnt seem like your to far off.

The thing is, this steed speed is a spool monster. So while your numbers seem fine for an open manifold, we all are experiencing crazy spool with V2 twin scroll.
I'm going to get some logs tomorrow. We should start a zetronix thread to share logs.

Tonight I found some issues, some easy to fix some not so easy. The Maf wiring appears to be rubbing the hood and the wires are coming apart, I bought a new maf pigtail and re doing the connection. Now the last time I went for a ride I saw some smoke coming out near the turbo area, I first thought it was the new wrap around the waste gate tube that was burning, after further review it appears oil is coming out of the turbo, I can see the turbo blanket covered with oil, I need to find out where the turbo is leaking and why.
