Getting some mixed reviews, will the Meyle HD control arms fit on a '95 M3?
They fit--I've had them on for two months. I bought them from BW with the Meyle HD solid offset FCABs.
Thank you!
Are the BW track cab offset like the treehouse racing ones?

Yes.

I'm looking to install the Meyle HD LCAs from bimmerworld along with their TrackCABs on my '97. My understanding is that the Meyle HD LCAs are '95 geometry and when paired with the offset TrackCABs, i should be proper on my '97. Sound about right?
I bought the BW front over-haul kit, with BW track FCAB (which was up graded to the TreeHouse FCAB due to backorder) and the Meyle HD arms, my wheels moved forward in the wheel well. I have about 7.8 degrees caster. It doesn't effect fitment, and more caster ftw. Maybe the geometry is different between the two FCAB's?
Ironically enough, today I installed the passenger side Meyle HD control arm with the rubber offset CAB from BW (doing the driver side on Sat). Visually when on the ground the Meyle side of the car looks identical to the OEM driver side. One wheel does not seem to be moved forward any more then the other. However, when I took a measurement it does seem like the Meyle side wheel is about 1/8 - 1/4" forward. I wasn't trying to be too exact, so take that measurement with a grain a salt (I could be plain wrong).
But for whats its worth... the Meyle HD control arms and offset CAB's from BW which cost me about $297 shipped sure beats the $550 or so it would have cost me if I went with OEM for my 98 M3. I almost always go for the OEM part on my car, but if the non-oem part is quality and the cost savings are considerable, I will go with the aftermarket. If the wheel does move forward with this setup, it is very very slight, and to me personally its negligible in the grand scheme of things.

Yes they fit. Just pressed in a pair a few weeks ago
I have had the bimmerworld kit on my car (97) for a while now with no issues. Yes you have to switch to offset bushings with the meyle HD control arms. The trackCAB claim to be offset so they should work fine too. I did not see a reason to pay twice as much for lemforder control arms either.
Is there any disadvantage to going with the '95 style on a 96-99?

No, because you changing to the offset FCAB that will give you the same caster. If you can tell the difference driving between a Meyle HD and Lemforder (at twice the price) you'd be better off with racing control arms anyway.
You can also replace the balljoints in the 96+ spindle with new e30 balljoints...haven't done it myself, but I've read that it works fine as well (and then you keep the same control arm and centered bushing).
I installed Meyle HD control arms and offset LCABs in my '95 M3 almost two years ago now. They fit and have worked just fine.

Yep, bimmerworld confirmed and everything worked out great. My alignment looked fine afterwords. Also, when you order be sure to order the front suspension kit from BW and not the parts separately. It saves you like $150. I ordered the wrong way, but luckily BW emailed me to let me know and refunded the difference. Quite awesome.
And this from Bimmerworld -
Our BimmerWorld TrackCAB Solid Control Arm Mounts for your E30, E36, or Z3 are a hybrid mount/bushing set <snip>
Applications include:
All E36 (including M3*)
All E30 (including M3*)
All Z3 and MZ3
When used on 96-99 M3s, the wheel will be moved forward slightly in the wheel well due to additional caster. This may result in tire rub against the inner fender liner. We recommend using '95 M3 or E36 non-M (read Meyle HD) front control arms for these applications.
* Because the E30 M3 and '95 M3 have offset control arm bushings, the TrackCABs will not increase caster for these particular models

Bringing this back up. I’m having the control arm changed out on my 1996 m3. I went with the MeyleHD control arms with AKG control arm bushings offset. The wheels is moved really far forward. Is everything installed correctly? I’m really confused about this and how to fix it. Here are pics. Not sure what’s going on. Has BC coilovers. Did I pick the wrong combo?

I have a 1996 m3 and went with Meyle HD non m arms and the offset control arm bushings thinking that would work based off of research on the forum and from what bw stated. But it’s pretty bad caster... so based off of some recommendations I’m getting centered bushings to see if that brings the caster back. Any thoughts and help would be appreciated

do you guys know if there are two types of the Meyle HD non M arms?

To the best of my knowledge there is only one configuration of the E36 Meyle HD FLCA.

I still can’t understand why the caster is so off it appears that combo is suppose to work...do I need to flip the offset bushings 180 degrees?
