Installed DJ Autos; low beams won't fire

So I installed DJ Auto's tonight. Stock headlights work fine. Tried the HID kit that came with them and the H1 halogen bulbs I bought. Nothing. Plugged the stock lights in one more time, still fine. Getting an error on the OBC for low beam failure. Anyone got a clue?

    Thanks guys

Tried both HID's as well as the Halogen bulbs and nothing. Reaaaaally don't want to take them out and ship them back.

Double check the pin connections behind the headlight! If you mix them up they wont light up at all!
Have you tested to see if the high-beams work?

No high beams. I'm going to pull the lights tomorrow and check the connectors. Is there a particularly easy way to double check the pins for correctness?

Usually there's a sticker on the underside of the headlight telling you what wire colour/pin goes in what spot! I've had a set they were labeled incorrectly before causing nothing too light up before! If that's the same for your car you can safely swap around the wires till you get it right without blowing anything!

That's the yellow wire that connects behind the bulb to the metal, right? If so, then yes.

Got it all figured out. Got the lights out one more time and pulled all the connections, and one of the barrels had been rotated 180*, and the grounds has been connected strangely on the projector. Got them all fixed up and they fired just fine! Thanks for everyone's help.
