    Suggestions needed - front bumper cover

    I'm shopping for a new front bumper cover. The old one has been ripped off ( literally ). I want to find something different from the original part. I looked at the Rieger front bumper cover. It's the one for the e36 M3 that is styled after the e46 M3. Kinda nice !! I was also looking at the Racing Dynamics TYPE R55. But I think that one fits over the original bumper cover. The factory price for a new bumper cover is right around $400.00

    Any ideas would be great. I can't stand to drive around in a buck tooth BMW. M3's are pretty damn ugly with no front cover.

    Thank you,
    Michael S...

    I'm personally not a fan of the e46 style bumpers on e36's at all. It just completely clashes with the lines of the e36. I have yet to see a car with that bumper that i actually like.

    ///mik3 - what did you

    do to your front cover. Is that the stock bumper with corner splitters ? I like the way that looks. I'm just not sure about some of the other ones......

    98technovlt - thank you for the sites !
