Hi, I downloaded FSC Tools and ran the install on my Windows 7 Computer. However if I try to run it it comes up with error "Cannot Load Library api32.dll"
What can I do to make it work?

I know about FSC codes etc. Now what does this software do? Does it import the codes for me, does it generate codes, do I need any hardware for it to work? I just don't know what this software is or what it does. I read their website but it was not clear the website seemed out of sorts and wasn't clear on anything. I would assume the owners are not native english. Can someone please explain this thing. Thank you.

I'm trying to use FSC Tools 2.16 but when I want to open the .exe, i have this message :
"Windows can not access the device to the path or file specified. You do not have permissions may be suitable for avois element access".
Is someone succeeded to use this software yet ?
