    Sport steering wheel buttons.

    How do you replace the buttons on the steering wheel? Or do you have to replace the whole steering wheel?

    I asked this recently somewhere can't remember if it was here or in person with someone else but apparently from what i was told all you need to do is remove the airbag and that's it. Two torx bits behind the airbag one on each side and airbag comes out.

    Remember to take all precautions required before airbags removal.

    Thanks. I removed my door airbag when I replaced my window regulator and it didn't explode. Hopefully the same luck with the steering wheel.

    Don't say "hopefully" - disconnect that battery before you mess with an airbag!!
