Wow man that's a steal.
2008 535i, purchased 3 months ago with 37K on it, front brakes would vibrate when braking from a high speed. Dealer replaced rotors and disks. I had the oil changed by my mechanic at about 7K since last time, I have always changed oil at 5-7K intervals on my 2003 325xi (now has 220K and my daughter is driving it). I now have 51K miles on the 535i, hoping it runs great for a while since I'm out of warranty!
2004 545i with 109k miles. Recently purchased and had to change a camshaft sensor and crankshaft. Car runs good and feels solid. Like the mean black on black look. It is my weekend car so it should be babied for a good while.
Nice man ^^
2005 545i just hit 109,000! Love my car silver with black interior and every available option! Recently changed thermostat, rear brakes, and pass air bag recall issue.....
2005 530D M-Sport. 255000 km
I think i had most of the standard E60/E61 problems
Cracked manifold, PDC-Failures, Tailgate cables etc.
25k
Just bought it with 42k miles. Certified.
Black 2010 550i M Sport
2006 530xiT with ~92,000 miles. Starter died, rear main seal leak, and misfire (new plugs). Have a cracked rim with a slow leak at the moment (see my post in WTB thread ;- ). I like the car a lot, but I'm quietly cursing BMW for not selling a v8 wagon here. Having trouble letting go of the power & torque of my old 540iT... sigh.
Wow man seems like a handful.
2004 525I 127000. oil filter housing gasket

2006 525 with 128k with regular service. Best car I have ever owned.
2004 530i with 180,000 miles... No major issues to date I just started seeing some oil burn off at start up so I am guesssing the valve seals are starting to fail.
Love my car... she just keeps on going faithfully.
I have 2006 550 with 123k. Burning quart of oil every 4k and blows little smoke if you let idle long period of time. Told by mechanic valve stem seals. Claims no worries wont get worse. I have heard this is common occurrence.
Update 160,000 miles took a couple 2K trips this year.... Vanos was not the issue as I noted below, actually the AC compressor clutch went out! Replaced AC Compressor, water pump, pulleys, belts, Also changed out the Auxiliary water pump, top and bottom radiator hoses.Valve cover gasket new spark plugs again while in there, Changed out shocks and struts,to Bilsteins new springs lowered about half inch!New rubber for 19s this May , had the Beyern staggered rims repainted. Car looks great drives great No ONE believes the mileage and year when they see the car or ride in it. My good friend Is getting ready to repaint nose, they just take a beating!
Car is good for another 160K....I would drive this car to Alaska with confidence!
Gonna buy something new in the spring of 14. 4 series? 535 M sport? 550 M sport.... Pretty muck talked my self out of M5 you see I drive a lot
2004 530i 132,000 miles looks great runs great....134k now
Parts changed: Oil housing gasket,4 Rotors spring of 2012,Ceramic pads. DISA Valve, Power steering resevoir, @ 100K Changed Plugs,Tranny fluid and pan- filter of course, Actually fluid looked very good. Was a small leak internally that I fixed while in there,
The VANOS rattle is getting me now, will fix here shortly, getting a new battery this week. It is still original; probably change water pump and alternator Spring 13. Oil changed every 4500 no exceptions. I have 4 children... One of them will get this car, she has been well kept and up-kept. Inside is perfect.
Angel eyes, tinted windows and 19s on it.
BMWs are like a gorgeous woman, They require a lot of attention and up keep. But worth every penny, fun to drive! Wife rolling eyes.....

Our 535i is at 58k now and now I can hear the turbo's spooling now. Im not sure if its normal but they're quite audible now.
Hi! Just bought mine 2 weeks ago. 20k miles. 2010 535i sport and premium. It says 2010 but build was May 2009. CPO and I extended the warranty and maintenance. I am just getting started as to what to look for. Love the car and the sporty feel.

Just bought a 2008 550 6spd last week at 59k miles. Came with a bunch of dinan mods. Previous owner took really great care of it.
