Hi - new to the forum, but long time BMW owner and fanatic. Just picked up a 2015 335i MSport

    - Black Sapphire Metallic/Black Leather
    - BMW M-Performance Power Kit
    - M Performance Exhaust
    - M Sport Brakes
    - Premium
    - Technology
    - Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps and Rear Spoiler
    - Sport auto
    - Black grills

Just a few thousand miles so far, but a remarkable car! My other current BMW is an E30/S50 swap.

    2015 BMW 320i M Sport
Hi Guys- Just bought a 2015 BMW 320i M Sport Mineral Grey. This is my first BMW ever and I was coming from a Toyota Corolla. All i got to say is that I dont think I can ever drive another car again after stepping into a BMW. My 320 is pretty basic the only real package it has is the M Sport Package other then that it is pretty basic but it is everything i could need. I care more about the drive and performance of the car rather than the features. Extremely happy with my purchase so far!

    2012 BMW f30 328i
Heey guys, I am new here and since a couple of days the proud owner of a f30 328i (second hand).
Had an audi a4 b8 with 211 hp from 2009 before and this is my FIRST Bimmer. Went for a 328i after driving in a friend's 320i and properly impressed by the handling while wanted some extra juice for the engine.
Well, I totally understand why people love BMW's now, after a couple of good drives (of course in sport mode :P) I am completely sold! The handeling and driving experience is on a complete different level than my previous audi!
The car has some nice options:
    Mineralweiss metallic
    Luxury line
    18 inch rims
    Lighting package (xenon)
Tech package with the navigation profesional

    Here some pictures for sharing:

Normally I'm a Volkswagen guy, but I have a huge amount of respect for BMW and I enjoy driving my F30 (2014) 328i xDrive M-Sport quite a bit. Ugh. I just can't get enough of it! Excuse the loads of pictures, but here it is

the whole garage- the mk4 is my personal car (love it more than I love myself, haha) the F30 is the family car (there's only three of us and I drive it the most so yeah), the GTI is also a family car, and the mustang is only for summer.
    [IMG][/IMG]

and here's the F30 with the MK7 GTI
    [IMG][/IMG]

Here it is all by itself!

did you like the VWs? coming from the experience of owning both VW and BMW I'd say they are very similar. the only difference is that BMW throws in some soft touch plastics on the door panels and in weird places. very similar in driving experience though.

Not sure how sarcastic about your driving ability and "experience" I want to be. A RWD (BMW) drives totally different from a FWD (VW.) I wouldn't say they're totally different - they're both cars after all with very similar controls. But Really?

if you mean both have similar smooth balanced and controlled movements while driving then yes the Germans did well. both my mk6 gti and 335 both are grown up feeling but in the GTI i always felt like I got more for my money whereas the bmw just feels a bit expensive.

of course someone like floyd up here would argue that at the upper reaches of a cars dynamic abilities the BMW should outclass the the GTI, I think he is being a bmw snob. a good mk6/7 with good rubber and a bit of power would always keep a 335i within sight on a narrow two lane

No, I'm a RWD fan. Or mid-engined - NSX was the best car I ever had. AWD has attractiveness, too.

But FWD is just miserable from the vehicle dynamics point of view.

Haha yeah. I agree with you and I don't really get what floyd is saying. The 3ers are very quick, and really wonderful cars as are Volkswagens. BMWs outclass them in their higher models, but I don't think they're very different at all if you look at them realistically like you said. And for you floyd- Driving my BMW and my GTI side by side I notice two things: One, the BMW has soft touch plastics on the doors in certain places where the GTI doesn't. When I said that, I meant that the quality was very similar between the two. The other thing is that the GTI and the BMW are very similar in the way they drive, and I will elaborate for you- Acceleration: linear and a strong push of power all the way through the rev range, for both. They both corner nearly flat (certain bumps really upset the BMW and cause some floatiness, though). They also have awesome steering capabilities, being very accurate and razor sharp. I love them both! Sorry for going in so much detail. I get fired up when I see a possible BMW snob

Picked up my 2013 BSM 335i 6 weeks ago. Came with MPPK and MPE, though I replaced MPE with an AWE Touring catback. I've also added the M Performance diffuser and side blades (splitter is to come), BMS Stage 1, and aFe Magnum Force intake.

    BMW 320d F30 MSport
Hi all from the IOW in the UK. Bought a 2013 320d m sport a few weeks ago and really loving the car. Always been a ford
man so was reluctant to change, but glad I did.

Already added the m performance grilles and wanting the remainder of the kit. Is it worth paying for the genuine bmw kit or are the eBay kits close enough in quality ?

    Thanks

    2016 435i Coupe (F32)
After eighteen years of driving pleasure, I have retired my 1997 E36 M3 Coupe.

    New ride (since Aug. 7th) is a 2016 F32 435i Coupe:
    - Mineral Gray Metallic
    - Oyster Leather
    - Technology Package
    - Metal Pedals*
    - M Power Performance Package*

*I did not order or pay for these. Someone at the VPC decided to install these two options on my car.
