Question Audio Upgrade for a 2001 Z3 Roadster

So, the speakers / sound system in my car is starting to sound crappy.

I went to Best Buy today to just see how much money the guy thought it would be for some new speakers and a head unit, or just to figure out what my car has in it, cause I've never really looked closely at the sound system.

After a little research and hunting around on the net, this is what I've come up with for an upgrade:

    . Front speakers

    . Rear speakers

    . Amp

I want your opinions, will this setup work? Five channel amp to power the new speakers, plus the existing mid-range speakers and 6" sub in between the seats? Also, all of this without changing the stock BMW Business CD head unit.

Thoughts? I feel pretty lost here!

The setup is alright. Although i would not bother getting rear coax speakers, especially for a roadster. I would invest into better components and vifa midranges as well (they are dirt cheap, and on partsexpress 2'' drivers) Amazon is lying about the 5th ch output being 350 at 2ohm, its actually more like 300. Overall, check this out.. better option IMHO.
