Just picked up an M62 shirt block for M60 heads and cams. Where do I get the intake adapter and idler bracket/pulley kit for the Jag Eaton M112?

Well the 540 sc with intercooler is finally back on the road ready for fine tuning. It's running sweet as. Had a mystery problem where it would take ages to crank and towards the end often lose power on the road. Thought it was computer crank angle sensor or fuel pump relay. Old mechanic said he replaced crank angle sensor but all diagnosis pointed to it and after replacing the other items with no luck it became obvious that the crank angle sensor had not been replaced. The rounded hex nut a dead giveaway.
So off came all the supercharger bracketing so a small hex socket cold be welded on to allow its removal. Fired up first time with the new $80 crank angle sensor, reassembled all the supercharger brackets ect and the last 3 days it's run great and consistent. Makes good power and is relyable. The wideband sensor needs replacement as it's killed prob due to over rich running. I've finally got an aem boost gauge so I can see where I'm at with going down 2 pulley sizes.
Im going on leave for a month or so. Won't have time to play with the car but once it's tuned and copes with the power I'll get a larger crank pulley in 8 rib and turn the wick up. It really doesn't need any more it's prob running around 400rwhp now but u can never have to much power can you.
Im also looking at replacing the ugly and heavy e39m5 reps. I'm either thinking of some staggered m-parallels or building a set of 18" triple step bbs Rs out of my old metrics. With the bbs Rs option it will probably need a little lowering at the front to look nice

My Eaton M112 arrived a couple days ago, it'll be a long term build on a M62/M60 hybrid. But soon enough I'll be SC'd with the rest of ya.
Any updates Gents?

Currently saving up for toolmans adapters. But have collected a couple different Jag M112's in the meantime
nothing major. Car at mechanic getting clutch master cylinder replaced due to hydralic issue. Having a few belt slip issues so need to look at 8 rib belt and some longitudinal bracing for the supercharger bracket to minimise flex Will go a slighly larger crank pulley for more boost at same time

Not sure what my last update with the turbo 540 msport was, but to recap I blew it up back in May. Not 100% positive to the source of said explosion/resulting fire, but I think some mix of an injector sticking open, fuel rail lifting under boost, or a shady fueling in the decel area of the map. Regardles, it went bang and then there were flames so that was fun. Anyway, found another 540 and swapped all the turbo hard parts over. Reworked my tune a good bit and it's finally road worthy now. Long term goal for the car is e85, approaching the 600 hp mark, and 1/2 miles roll racing. Here's the general setup...
Car: 94 Orient Blue 540/6Engine: stock m60
Supercharger kit or custom: Custome Turbo, reusing stock manifolds, single crossover, Tial external gate, Tial BOV,
Turbo model: Bullseye s256
Tune: Custom, Megasquirt MS3x, running semi-sequential fuel, full sequential spark
Injectors: Currently 19#, previously 60, 42s are about to go in
MAF: none, MAP
Intercooling: Dual pass front mount,
Boost level: 5psi wastegate spring (Tial 38mm), Forge manual controller
Diff: 2.81 (4th gear is a lot of fun)
Issues: all tune related...getting the boost tip in dialed, eliminating decel backfires, catching the idle from high rpm clutch in, things like that
Dyno: not yet, guessing 375ish
Clutch, FW: e39 setup, JBR m5 single mass LWFW, OEM m5 clutch

Finally got mine back on the road this morning. I've been having belt slipping issues (cause from a poorly fixed and aligned mount), and also master cylinder issues with the clutch.
I was looking to have a brace installed to stiffen up the movement in the front /back but there was no way to brace to the engine, so my fabricator installed nice angled braces and now its as stiff as a rock. No belt slip now on the 6 rib.
On the clutch master it seems the OEM ones are crap. We had to modify it to limit the travel, now it works a treat and pedal is nice and consistant. Nothing worse than the pedal creeping to the firewall, and having to slip your foot under the pedal and pump it a few times to restore it. The take up point would be all over the place which made it tricky to drive from a standing start. Now all good (so far).
Have got a AEM boost gauge to install now (same style as A/F gauge) so I can see what boost I'm making. If its only low, well ill get a 7pk or 8pk crank pulley made up in a larger dia than current one. Personally I don't think it needs much more power. With the niggling issues I've had of the past 12 months it would be nice just to get some consistency and reliability in the car for a period.
Sorry for no pics. I have to sort out some sort of photo hosting account since photobucket crapped itself

Went to a slighly smaller dia belt so I can crank it down and removed some of the residue of that belt grip stuff that was smeared all over the pulleys. The throttle had about 3/8” of slack so it wasn’t hitting full throttle. So now no slip even on a 6 rib setup and with full throttle the car goes really hard. I have a ls2 based work Ute that has a baby cam and makes 410rwhp and the supercharged 540i makes it feel slow. It pulls harder in 2nd that the Ute pulls in 1st!!! I think I have more boost than I first thought. Have to install the gauge shortly.
Its in at at the shop today getting the AC functioning. Went to pressure test it with some nitrogen and it looks like the pipes at the condenser were severed to make room for the intercooler. Hope they can get it working. Over 100degF here today.

Made ~276rwkw (~370rwhp) at 5psi of boost without water/methanol. Heat soak was a problem. We experimented a little bit with water/methanol and reduced the intake charge temps from 60degC to 42degC, but didn’t proceed to pull more power out of it. Car is on a safe tune with more to be done in the new year after tidying up a few things. Overall extremely happy... Christmas has come early for me .

Small update.
A realtive period of stability for the 540/6 sc. belt throwing and slip is a thing of the past with upgraded bracket. I’ve upgraded all the hose clamps so I can enjoy some full Throttle action without checking under the hood to see if the pipes are still on. I’ve bit the bullet and removed all the Ac to help the weight balance and improve the airflow into the intercooler and radiator. I finally got the Porsche 803 maf connected today and it runs fine with it. Will start tuning it in next few days to see if it can cope with more power. There feels 50bhp or so left in the tune at the moment with the current boost level and air fuels in the 10’s. Hope I can see mid to high 11s at full throttle at peak rpm. May need to look at the blow off valve as when it triggers it shakes the flexible intake pipe work somewhat.
Im going to bite the bullet and upgrade all suspension bushes so I can get some decent alignment and handling to calm the unguided missle I’m creating. Unfortinalty still have the e39 m5 reps but hope to do something about this soon.
It will be great to finally after 4 or so years of ownership to take the e34 540/6sc platform to its hidden potential. It’s been showing signs of being a great car.

Ahh. The joys of tuning.
Ive got 2 dimensions to tune. Fuel pressure and I can trim or add fuel at any load point with an interceptor computer. This means I Can keep the oem/ess map for the cold start etc.
Firstly replaced the 806 maf with the 803porsche maf modifying the grounds and cleaning up the hatchet job of the maf wiring with resistor. Initially it wasn’t even running on the maf!
So with the 30lb/hr injector with 4.1bar fuel pressure effectively making them 35lb/h. Really strong to 6000rpm then run out of maf and fuel injector capacity. No surprises there but it felt very strong throughout.
We had some 60 lb/h injectors so we got the top end running good but had to drop fuel pressure down to 2.5 bar and couldn’t get the bottom end to run without taking out too much fuel (which adds too much timing).
So looks like the number for the injectors is around 42-48 lb/hr so we will get some of those and see what happens. May need to go to a larger Porsche turbo maf (809) to get more maf resolution. See how it all goes update soon.

Update #3.
Well we got the siemens deka 60lb/hr injectors to work pretty nicely at 2.3bar fuel pressure with high 11 a/f ratio at 7000rpm. Had to put a 0.7v voltage offset with the 803 maf. It goes really hard now. But it’s controllable and with smooth power delivery.
Doing some quick maths the Siemens are good for 650bhp at 3 bar and bsfc of 0.6. At 2.3bar we are looking somewhere in the vecinity of 500bhp at the flywheel. Haven’t installed a boost gauge yet. There is only a few more things we can do to make more power. I’d have to change the maf to an 809 (Porsche turbo) or go a full standalone ecu. It runs really sweet almost oem like with the 404 ecu so I’m reluctant to go this path. I’m going down the chassis route for the moment. All full powerflex bushes and some camber adjustment. I’m also going to build a triple step set of bbs rs 18 out of my useless metric wheels that I’ve had sitting around for 8 years. The e39 m5 reps look shit and are heavy.

Update #4.
The car car is a beast. Hard to hook up even in 2nd in the dry with pilot super sports. The only issue is we run out of maf capacity so there is a dip in the a/f ratio around the point where it maxes the maf about 5000rpm with full throttle where a/f dips to high 9s to achieve mid-high 11s at 7000. It makes it rather exciting as there is a pronounced kick to the redline like my s50b32. The 803 maf which I have now senses 1000kg/h at 5v. If I go to the expensive 809 maf it will only give me 1200 kg/h which will be touch and go and give no headroom for more boost. I’ll prob try a resistor on the existing 803 maf. I’ve got a voltage offset with it now that allows the computer to only see 5v when the maf clocks 5.7v. The resistor makes more economic sense than a $500 maf.
Whatch this space.
