Great looking products , I wish you were doing this a few months ago , I couldnt find an I6 LS swap kit and had to find replacement engine. AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Thanks guys.
Just got my mounts in the mail. They look very nice, cant wait to test fit the motor next month. I think that I will test fit three trans in my car--t56,GTO t56, tr6060.
Hi, I am considering buying a 525it that I am going to look at later today. I am curious as to the price of your complete kit but since I just joined I can't PM just yet. If you could shoot me an e-mail I would appreciate it. There are no spaces but hopefully the spaces will keep spam bots from picking it up. jrdn whee ler @ ya hoo .com Thanks

what issues have you guys run into different from the v8 e39? and pm me the price for the whole set up.
The biggest issue is finding a oil pan that will clear the swaybar and subframe.... I'm looking into having some made for this swap.Originally Posted by cheebs

Do you have pictures showing where the sway bar and x-member are close? So f-body and vette pan will not fit?
I too am also very interested in a kit for my 540i/6. Being a lifelong auto mechanic & Chevrolet fan this swap if the next logical steep for me. I plan on running a mildly built LQ4 6.0 in my car. T56 compatability is a must to retain the stock feel & appearance of my car. In fact, I plan on concealing the swap entirely (including from CA smog officials). Could you please send me the details and possibly the pictures of the pan clearance. Fast 79 chevy (at) yahoo (dot) com.
And a big thumbs up for being the first to produce these very desirable parts.
This is the guy you need to talk to for a kit for your 540

His parts are very well done. My kit won't work for the 540 as the subframes are different.
This is the only pic I have on hand, I'll check my computer later today.
That is the vette pan

I was just trying to avoid expensive custom pans or modifying one. But there's no choice really.
Im using an autokraft pan, I just can't use the stock swaybar. Kevco make a pan that might work, moroso does also.
So I've had a couple members from different forums ask what I'd sell my car for, or to let them know when I get ready to sell it.*
So, got me thinking. What if I made build to order swapped cars? Would there be interest? I'd be willing to do it for time and material, not looking to make a huge profit or anything.*
I've got access to a lot of expensive equipment that most don't, so I thought I'd offer up my services.*
Also, I can do more than just BMW's, I'm helping my dad with his camaro swap, and we were looking at doing a GTM eventually.*
Pm me if you're interested and want to discuss further.*
If I could quit my job and do such a thing and make a living off it.....I would.
