Is there one? I'm getting too old and forgetful to remember all of them, and i play with too many different vehicles which have their own unique ones.
Anyway, BMW wins, millions of acronyms. Is there a posted reference list?
Acronym examples (for the unschooled):
CCV - crank case vent
ICV - idle control valve
These are the simple, common ones of course, but there are many less common ones.
330CiC 5mt - sold
02 Dinan 530i - her ride
00 323it 5mt - daily driver
let's start with E. as in E24, E39...
stands for Entwicklung, the native word for development
and then add Vanos—
Variable Nockenwellenverstellung —

We need an Acronyms software feature.
The software could identify an acronym every time it is typed: both ways short to
long or long to short, change color to blue, underline and show the equivalent when hovering the mouse on the words.
Same with part numbers and or sku or manufacturer numbers.
Would you please send a message to administrators proposing this, so they could decide its priority.
