The flaps look good, fit like they should and perform well, I'm sure. I'd like a set to protect the bodywork from loose gravel we experience at the local auto-x.

    Thanks everyone.

Yeah I'm still alive lol. I've just been driving the car rather than doing much too it.

The 3.62 diff ratio is making it a much more fun drive to work :-)

Few more bits and pieces done to the car since the last update.

I had some spare camber arms waiting and a front diff mount (I didn't have a spare when I done the subframe cleanup last year) so cleaned them all up and colour coded them Imola Red (ready for polybushes)

A full set of suspension polybushes, to do whatever isn't already done on the car (trailing arms, cambers arms, ARBs, front wishbone mounts etc)

Also I colour coded a spare front subframe, I got a purple tag quicker steering rack from an E46, so another thing built and ready to fit (the boots / arms are still the old E46, these will be renewed)

E36 Electric Seat Lumbar Support. Super rare option in E36s, I won't be adding these anytime soon but at some stage I will have the front seats out and add heating panels and these lumbar supports.

Seen a genuine new M3 GT bumper support for sale, I was on the look out for one of these for a long time. Differences from standard are that these are made from aluminum and are predrilled for the GT splitter mounting points.

The same dealership had a E36 fire extinguisher bracket, so bought it also. This will sit under the front passenger seat,

The OEM yellow headlights & foglights were starting to fade quite a bit, so rather than buying another set, I redone the originals with film. Which turned out grand

Love that this car gets driven, enjoyed and maintained. Nice to see such a rare car with an exciting ownership behind it.

    - 98 m3, techno/anthrazit cloth, 124k and officially worthless - 89 m3, alpine/black 143k and officially old - 2000 323it, tiag/grey, 169k and officially boring

as far as I know all bumper carrier are made from aluminium ain't it? Part nr differance is maybe because of the predrilled holes for the GT brackets...
