Hi Guys!
I bought a 84 &33I Manual car a few weeks back and I'm working through safety issues, so I can get it on the road.
First task is brakes. They are completely replaced, and now I'm just flushing them and bleeding.
While bleeding the brakes I noticed this tank next to the coolant overflow that says it takes DOT 3 fluid. Only problem is I don't know where it takes it... lol
I haven't been able to find this tank in any other pictures so hopefully you guys can help me otherwise ill just have to follow the lines to figure it out. Its easier just to ask.
Here's an image.

Thanks,

That is the clutch fluid reservoir.
Congrats on the new car!

If your clutch is functional you can leave it alone for now, although it's always nice to have fresh fluid in the clutch hydraulics too.
Thanks!
Clutch seems to work fine. Shifter is another story. Will have to rebuild that at some point, Gears are as vague as anything I've ever driven.
Does the trans need to be dropped to rebuild the linkage or is it something you can remove the console to do?
Thanks Again!
Mike
Trans doesn't need to be dropped, you can unbolt the mounts from the rear of the trans and let it tip down to get better access to the shifter linkage. Having the exhaust and driveshaft removed makes it much easier, but I think if you are patient enough you could try to work around them.
