I tried searching for an answer to my simple question but couldn't seem to find any info on this:

Could anyone please tell me if it's possible to replace the regular steering wheel that comes on a 2009 bmw x5 xdrive30i for the sports steering wheel?

Have you priced the steering wheel? Not to mention I'm pretty sure you'll have to get the airbag that goes with it.

No, I haven't actually priced how much it would cost. Just wanted to know if it's even doable.

yes you can swap them . you will need str wheel, air bag, and clock spring/slip ring. be prepared to spend around 2k or so for all parts.
