Hello
I have for sale adapters to mount M54B30 or M54B25 intake manifolds to M52TU engines (M52TUB25, M52TUB28). They allow to mount stock thorttle body from M52TU to M54 manifold.
They fit without any mods of thorttle body and
manifold !
They are different to M54B25 and M54B30 manifolds so please inform me which one You want to order.
Kit include :
-aluminium CNC made, 10mm thick adapter
- 4 bolts to mount adapter to manifold, thorttle body to adapter is mounted
using stock bolts
- O-ring seal between adapter and manifold (groove for O-ring is made in
adapter).
Pictures showing kit for M54B30 manifold - rev 2.1 (on pictures I used random bolts for thorttle body just for test, but orginal bolts fit without problems):
Price for kit : 49 EUR = 59 USD

Great service! Got mine months ago and the quality is absolutely perfect.
One question: is there some potential to increase performance in optimizing the manifold to let the air flow without any edges between the throttle body and adaptor? Or will this end up without any markable result?
Here is a picture to explain more detailed what I mean:
