As far as front tires can i run 225/35 or 45 profile
    and rear 235 or 245 35? or 40 profile

I ran 18x9.5 et25 M-Pars square on my E46 wagon. I ran 225/40-18 tires all around. You are going to need camber plates to make the wheels fit up front. I had to dial in -3.5 degrees to get the wheels to sit flush. Natural camber from the springs isn't going to be enough. Out back, you can get them to fit by dialing in some camber from the stock outer camber bolt on the lower control arm.

Pics for reference of my touring with them.
