WTB: Supercharger or turbo kit for my 99 M3

Looking to pick up a kit for my 99 M3. OBD II tune. Looking for complete kits, nothing too crazy, would like to get around 400HP but not looking to send the top end of my motor through the hood.
Have cash in hand for this project. Not interested in junk or scams. I'll be flying the cesna in for pickup.
    thanks
    Don

To put down 400 rwhp you'll almost certainly want to do some engine work (studs at the very least). I don't know of too many people putting down those numbers without building their engine first.

    A more realistic/safe goal would be 275-300 HP with a stage I S/C kit.

A stage 2 centrifugal with bolt on mods can make 400 rwhp and 325 lbs rwtq. No need to do any engine work. However, be mindful that you have a 12+ year old iron block/aluminum head motor and that blowing a headgasket is not uncommon. When it goes, you may want to replace it with a fresh stock one (or an MLS) and ARP studs. Properly tuned, centrifugals are not hard on headgaskets since they don't make much boost around the normal peak torque range, unlike a turbocharger.
