Not too sure on what diff/ratio would be best for you... But if you have already done the work to figure out your preferred gearing, you would be looking for a 4.10 or 3.91

any e36 325,323,328, m3 that came with an auto tranny will have a (correct me if I'm wrong) 415 dif. or is it 410? Its one of those two. and that dif will fit right into your car. The downside is your gas mileage will suffer and you'll be turning about 4k rpm at 70mph instead of 3k with a stock 315 dif. Don't get one from a 318 e36. It won't be the correct size.

    3.91 or 4.10 IIRC.

However, you'd want an LSD for drifting...unless you plan to weld it up.

Also - he most likely has a 6spd...which has different trans gearing obviously.

The mileage doesn't bother me because i use it mostly for drifting or a sunday drive ,and i have a obx LSD ,witch i was sceptical at first but i have been allready in few competitions and it's working great . My diff is the m3 i think is the 210 tipe .So you think the automatic models would fit etirely or swap the interiors ?
    i have just the 5 gear from the 3.0 l engine .
    Thanks again .

We don't often get 210 diffs over here, so I'm not too sure...

However 3.91 is a SUPER common combo for your car and what you're doing. That should be easy to source from an auto (they're in the classifieds all the time) and possibly an auto M3 would have the LSD + 3.91 ratio you're looking for.

The good thing (for you) is that our dollar is so weak, if you can't find one on your soil, you can buy one and have it shipped from the US for much cheaper... or at least the same price.
