Where could a leak be coming from if there are no visible leaks on it at the top hose connectors (I replaced both when doing upper oil pan). It really looks like its coming from the steering column lower assembly connection to the box itself.
Only started happening when it got cold outside again.

Check the hoses to the Pentosin container. There's a few, including one that connects right underneath it and you have to use a bent mirror to get a good look. However, I was able to discover leaks there due to a loose hose clamp just by feeling for Pentosin underneath.
Just double check all those hose clamps first. You might get lucky if that's all it is.
Thanks for the info. Will check it out tonight!

Still unable to find the problem as to where it is leaking from... any ideas where a leak could be coming from on a steering box? The top connectors are all dry.

The most common leak point is the lower sector shaft seal where the splined shaft exits the bottom of the box. Seal kits are available; contact me if you can't find one locally.
How come the middle half of any project always takes the most time?
