what bumper cover? I think all muffler jobs had custom bumper cut outs (from the stock bumper). I think one of Darth's installs was a custom job.

This is my set up, I love it. (I'm using O2 sensor spacers to eliminate the cats check engine code)

BMW E38, no cats no exhaust and dual YONAKA tips.: http://youtu.be/xmJw_cpAqE4

I wish I would have taken a picture when my friend did it without the bumper cut, let's just say he immediately cut th the bumper after his saw how it looked lol I wouldn't recommend it, it looks stupid in my opinion. Try to find a shop that would cut the bumper, don't be cheap on it pat for a mechanic to get a good cut, bumpers are not cheap. Lol

I currently have magnaflow 14863s. There is a slight rumble at about 1000rpm, but I enjoy it. In fact, I wish it were louder. Which is why I am considering doing a muffler delete. There's nothing like the sound of that bmw v8.

I recommend everyone to do a muffler delete, replacing them with MagnaFlows will not give that loud V8 sound, remove stock mufflers and just add dual tips, that's all there is to do.

What do you guys think?also if something else needs to be changed as far as cats and resonators to get a better sound, please let me know what should i do.Thanks

I think the Flowmaster will generally be slightly louder than Magnaflow, but I like the sound of the MF better.

And I used the Flowmaster Hushpower II mufflers on mine. Love the deep tone, no rasp or drone.
