I've got a 73 charger and dad has a 73 cuda. I was born and raised muscle cars and ratrods are the dumbest things ever.

Yep, I like it because its out of the ordinary. My theory on ratrods are that when you make one if you destroy a car that is able to be restored then I am not a huge fan but if you buy a car beyond repair and making it into a ratrod and putting it on the road again by doing that then more power to you.

well now mr. smarty pants. just because im on a bmw forum w/ my bmw doesnt mean that thats all i have or know.. i actually was raised by a gear head who built 60's muscle. my first car was a 68 charger.
while that may be the persons taste, it doesnt take a "typical bmw driver" to notice that that thing is a rat rod gone wrong (in my eyes anyway)..

This thing looks great. It may have looked better in previous pics, but that's not to say it couldn't be adjusted to said prior height. It IS on air after all...
All these purist pole riders in R&S act so personally, it's like it's their faces under the cars that are slamming the pavement

I'm actually kinda surprised this thread is getting so much negativity. Rusty, that was understandable, such a drastic departure from typical BMW modification, but this....
