Highbeams?

I have a new to me 2013 535i, the Angel Eyes on the passenger side are not working, which I assume is a module or Bulb issue, but the other question I have is what's the inside lamp for, the manual says high beams, however I cannot get these to come on regardless of light position, the bulb is an H7 55w, which I replaced on both sides with no change.. the outside lamps come on as low beams, and when i flip on high beams it just makes the outside lamp brighter. My only other thought is these are DRL's and somehow are disabled?

My bet would be the cornering lights.

Ahh, so they would never be on unless i turn the wheel, so i may only have an angel eyes issue then, let me check the cornering lights.

So i did verify and you were correct, they are cornering lights and work as expected. As for the angel eyes, what would be the troubleshooting steps on that, passenger side is out. Is there any easy way to rule out TMS module, or are the symptoms different when that is the case?
