Do like. Good to see her coming along. Another silver beast ready to hit the streets.

So CXracing sells some PREfit piping pieces?
That list looks very well sorted man.
NICE, very.
Congrats.
I wish. No I just bought a 3" and 2.5" kit since it came with a slew of couplers and t-bolt clamps along with the piping. I had to cut it all up and mock everything up (ended up with pretty much a mirror image of the TRM piping).
Thanks for the compliments. My goal for the project was to build a reliable setup and use good quality parts. For the most part, everything I bought was brand new. I debated building the motor, but for my goals the cost didn't seem to fit my budget ($10k including the car) nor my power goals (450-500whp). Minus all stuff I need to return or re-sell I came out at just under $11k.

I like the build. That Mishimoto fan shroud is pretty cool too!
Nice GT35R system! Look forward to driving reviews and maybe a dyno.
I'll guess you have enough piping left to sell to someone else, for another custom intercooler pipe job.
what will you be using for a coolant overflow tank?
Nice to see it finished Ryan (IIRC that's your name. LOL)
This is my signature....
Yea I have about half a box left of piping and couplers. I plan on hanging on to it for when this motor goes and I decided to build the motor and go top mount
I think I stated it in the first post, but if I didn’t I went to a euro expansion tank
You nailed it. My name is Ryan. I am so glad everything is finally back together. Once I get back in town I plan on getting the rims on and taking it for a spin. Crossing my fingers that I didn't make any mistakes that will come and bit me.
Nice, you've been planning/gathering parts for awhile now. ive seen you buy, sell, buy constantly turbo parts on here. Glad you got your right setup and will finally enjoy it! Happy boosting!

Well after getting back from working 19 days straight of 14 hour night shifts, I have finally done it. I finished up some wiring in the cabin for all the gauges which are wired off of relays, still need to mount the gauge pod to the steering wheel column. Finally got to installing the FCAB. I thought I was going to be able to muscle them on, but after getting both on just a little I gave up since I got tired of the 45 min battle. Went to autozone and got a harmonic ballancer puller, then headed to ace and got some 3/4" square tubing, 5/16" all thread, 5/16" nuts and fender washers and proceed with the tool understeer recommended. After only 5 mins, I swear, the car was back on the ground for the first time in nearly 9 months.
Heading to the DMV right after this post to get me a set of plates, call up the insurance boys, and then heading out on the road for a first ride.
O yea of course I am going to put on the front bumper, just gotta figure out some new routing for my brake cooling kit. And of course she needs a bath badly.
Are you going to do the 1000 mile break in period for the engine or just going to jump on once up to temp?

^^^This. Just got back from the first 5 mile drive. WOW . This thing is going to be scary fast. We at least for me it is considering I drove a s52 swap 325 for 5 years and I barely made 1 psi on my first drive and it felt way faster. Trying to take it easy on the new clutch, which BTW is butter smooth, but after the breakin on the clutch I have a feeling this thing is going to be amazing.
On a side note. I had two fault codes when I first started the car, 1A and 49. Looked at the peak manual and 49 means TPS, which seems easy enough. Either the connector is loose or I need to replace it. I am having trouble figure out what the heck 1A really means. I know peak says control unit supply, but what the heck is control unit supply?
Any help anyone can provide would be great.
Last, this is the first time I have driven the car in close to a year and for some reason the drivers side door won't unlock with the key nor the alarm. What gives?

No vids. Maybe later I will have some with my digi, but I don't think ill be making enough vids to get a go pro. I will for sure have to be careful. Went out for another drive after I cleared the fault codes and man it is fast. Went out on a back road and got on it a little bit, but shifted by 4500. That 35r spooled all the way up to my WG spring pressure of 8psi and it felt like the tires wanted to break loose. No more of that for a while till I get a few more miles on this clutch.
Thanks Ed. Once I get a few more miles on the clutch I will for sure come out to the death base or a meet. You are more than welcome to a ride.
I still gotta get my hood on it, install the roll bar, install my Sparco Evo II's and a pair of schroth quick fits.

I don't have a spa manifold I bought a jv 666 manifold, do I still need the trm motor bracket?
Also, How long did it take trm to send out your parts?
Thanks
