Beautiful build! I'm looking forward to results with the efr! Any ideas on spool etc with this monster.. I mean 67mm turbo is beefy. Did you do any maps etc? Awesome major by the way, I'm architecture/ structural engineering. Thanks for the awesome read, Derek.

Yeah I did some plotting with the MatchBot and found this thing will be able to hold 35psi to redline no problem. I'm hoping to have significant torque around 4k, with the main powerband being 4500-7500

Hey guys, no updates. I hope to have more progress rolling after SEMA. Waiting on the bodyshop 100% for paint work. It was a full sponsored deal, but it's been promise after promise and the car has been sitting all year with basically no progress. I'm thinking of going to a new shop or reaching out elsewhere to keep this thing moving along. I've been swamped with the Van's launch, and I've just been playing with my S13 in my spare time; slowly building it up into a driftable car also (with AC!)

The Gorilla will run again, but that damn thing called life is finally getting in the way. As soon as I get it back in my hands though we will keep rolling with it. I'm looking into T101A options and other stuff so it's taking a little extra time. I'd like to be able to road course again at high power and not break stuff, so I'm trying to make Gorilla 2.0 capable of all of that stuff.

Thanks Kam! I'm running TRM coilovers right now, with swift springs. 450/550 rates, and all aluminum solid mounts everywhere with bearings everywhere otherwise. SLR V1 front control arms and angle setup.

Yes that's the idea. To help get sponsors on board and explain who I am and what I do for a living. We are doing a "Team Vans" drift team this year and will have matching liveries that use the logo, etc. I am hoping to start promoting my website and ebay store via the drifting somewhat. The video is intended for tire sponsors, or anyone who wants advertising and promotion in exchange for parts I need, and/or the 2016 season budget contributions. (Yeah right.) The plan is to run the full Lonestar Drift pro-AM series again this year, like I did in 2013 with a first priority of having fun and getting good media exposure. I would also love to podium and win a Formula Drift pro2 license, but I really have no idea how my business will pan out this year and if that is feasible. My teammate is also an excellent driver and is easily capable of a podium this year, so hopefully that helps with promotion as well. Essentially I hope drifting will help with website exposure, and in turn will help support the drifting

Our ebay store is officially live! Be sure to go give it a look!

    stores.ebay.com/vans-parts

Over 160,000 products are currently live, in stock, and ready to ship! All items ship within 24 hours.

Some tips to navigate the store:
-Use the search function at the top of the home page; it is by far the most effective way to narrow down your results to what you're after
-Enter Year, Make, Model, and Part Description. Ex: 1995 BMW M3 radiator returns several radiator options, radiator caps, as well as radiator hoses.

We are adding more products daily, and the website is currently in progress! If you guys need anything, please think of me first and support your fellow drifters! Performance products are not on Ebay and will be offered on the website. We have over 400,000 SKUs available for a wide variety of makes and models. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us: sales@vansparts.com or mike@vansparts.com

Check it out, and please share it with your friends!

Yeah the website is not live yet. Still under construction. That is just a temporary landing for our email contacts until we have the full catalog transferred onto our server. We will have lots of popular brands. ACT, AEM, Radium, Garrett, Borg Warner, Tial, HKS, Southbend clutch, etc. A

New year New look! Presenting Team Van's for 2016! Huge thanks to my buddy Jason Scott for the design. I am excited to have my good friend Mario Gomez driving with me on Team Vans this year. He is an amazing driver and will respect the team well with some super aggressive tandem! Super excited!

    Hey guys,

I'm guessing some of you follow me on IG by now. Those are always the most recent updates. IG: mike_e36

Here are some pictures to bring the thread back up to speed. The car is painted bright single stage white and all matching for this year and should be heading to vinyl next week. Engine is in, OBD2 conversion is finished, most of the wiring is complete and interior paneling is done. Did some IC-radiator ducting tonight and mounting up oil and PS coolers now. On to the pictures!

    More updates soon!

Time for a pic dump to bring this thread up to speed. The car should be done in a few more days and ready to fire.
