Looking good Mike, your car is ridiculous! And the drivings not bad either Why is it your family is always visiting us here in Salt Lake but you never come? I see your dad and uncles all the time! I am getting my car (Subaru not the M3) prepped right now to start doing local drift events here, Colorado, and Vegas and hopefully by the end of the year doing the last two rounds of the Vegas pro/am. I'll have to drag it down to Texas sometime to run with you. I see you never got the vinyl wrapping done, let me know if you still want to do it I'll try and help anyway I can. If you need I can get you the vinyl wholesale and ship it down or send it with someone on their way back to austin.

Yeah you will have to keep me up to date with what event are going on down there, try and steal my dads truck and drag it down there. I am working on getting more power and a more reliable set up, and also building some custom knuckles right now too, but after that it should be good to go for a bit.

Your car would look so rad as a deep shade of red. Like deep. Real deep. Like...menses deep.
Mike, in depth review of post wing advantages/disadvantages if any. How noticeable does it grip more? And I like the panda look don't listen to Benny.
Yeah I was planning on painting it a full color tho anyway to have it look more finished, but i've also become really attached to the panda now too and think it's like it's personality. dunno /lame.
The wing has WAY more rear grip. I didn't change anything other than adding the wing and the grip levels are SO much higher. It's harder to drive because everything is happening so much faster. Transitions can be way snappier and more aggressive, etc. It overall feels amazing. I really feel like the car is incredibly capable now. I just need to be able to tame the beast lol.
Don't let those who don't know, tell you wings don't do anything in drift. Yes they do, and yes they provide downforce even sideways. (Well, the good ones do. You might not feel an APR or something cheap). So annoying explaining this to drift people. The air is still flowing over the wing, just incident at a different angle. It works on the same principle, just a longer effective chord length when at drift angle.

Cars.... Are never finished haha but thanks on the review, now flares on the other hand -_-
I was thinking something like this:
but I think I changed my mind
just want to say, you're my hero ........rippin........... such a beast you've created........
If you're willing to share, I sure could use some of your motivation in the garage.
the only downfall with drifting competitively, is its subjective. it happens ohhhh way too much with silly decisions.
you don't have many options with plastidip lol
Paint it hot pink. Camron will let you be down with dipset
I will be seriously depressed if you do some stupid drift inspired shitty paint job on this build mike. It's so awesome to see a tasteful drift car that looks well put together(and is). I love drift themed shit, but on your car I really don't think it will work.
On another note... Love the build. The other night I spent like an over an hour watching your you tube channel. Got me inspired to start up on my e30 again. Hope to compete with you and other gnarly guys someday.

Yeah I don't think big lipped polished wheels and kandy paint (drip drop drippin) is Mike's style. Plastidip errthang (except the wing..obviously.) white and roll.
noob? ha you seam like quiet the opposite.
