Progress looks great.
I finally got the last two subframe bushings today. Took forever for me to get everything.
Also, the factory bushings I had for my AA arms ended up not fitting. My alignment bro came up with a great idea to make them work. Ended up w these:
Got my front subframe all reinforced, painted and ready to install:
My same buddy who welded my cage in my Spec E36 tig welded me some SS to repair my euro headers.

Went a little crazy today. Thanks Dave for all the help!
Headers installed. I think they might be barely off due to the repair but hopefully they will work out.
Started going to town on the m-technic:
Nose panel out:

Then of course, we loaded it into Dave's M52swapped e30

Looking good*
Got all my rear suspension parts back with all the new bushings/balljoints pressed in. I am so happy!!!!
Just popped in the poly rtabs. These are the AKG brand and they seem pretty good. The initial fitment was nice as they popped right in. The durometer/stiffness seems not as hard as I am probably used to but they should be great for the street.
Got the rear subframe all bolted in.
Here is a quick pic of the ebrake cable hanger that I "restored". It looks new!
Here you can see the hanger and the mounting of those crazy lower control arm inner balljoint setup.
Parts installed!!!!

I still have not rolled the car out of the garage for a good pressure washing. Now that the motor is out, and I can roll it, I will be hopefully getting off all the existing grease. We will see....

That ish looks nice!
Decided to machine the rotors just cause they were used and they had paint on the surface. They definitely look really nice. Not bad for street brakes
This is HUGE!!!
I just need to get the halfshafts in. I am wishing I popped them in before installing the RTAs. Wish me luck! After, I will be able to drop it down and pressure wash everything!

You are the kind of person I would want to buy a car from.
I will probably sell it when I am done... Not on purpose but people won't leave me alone about it haha. I would love to help build a car for anyone interested so let me know.
Did werk!
Halfshafts are in!:
After how ever many months on jack stands, we rolled the car out of the garage. No suspension in the front, but it wasnt that heavy
Started washin'!
CLEAN!!!!
Clean!
CLEAN!
I want to paint inside the fender wells when I paint the engine bay. I am not sure how that will turn out. I almost think that the undercoating had paint mixed it in from the factory but I could be wrong. After cleaning the engine bay, it turned out great! It almost does not need to be painted, but whatever dealership got this car originally back in 1994, forgot to clean off the cosmoline and the evidence is there. It is going to be crazy!

Started doing the prep work for the paint and it ended up so clean that I decided against paint all together. There was no rust and that is all I was worried about so we are good to go!
