money son!! if i have enough spare $ il buy it before i start paying for this damn house.. its only $200 and would help out with the tuning
is it possible to lean the car out too much if i put in my old 19lb injectors?? idk what to do til i get my car tuned.. i can have it towed everywhere for now. what do you guys suggest?? wont be tuned for 2 weeks or so..

What size injectors is the chip programmed for?
The chip has to match the components in your system. If your WAR chip is currently programmed for a Miller MAF and you're running the stock AFM, it probably won't run right no matter what injectors you put in it.
What would your towing bill over the next two weeks add up to vs. the cost of the Miller MAF?
However, since it is a WAR chip, you could change the injector constant yourself to match what's currently installed in the engine and get it closer than it is...
my towing bill is gunne be $20 to the exhaust shop there and back.. i have a friend that has a trailer i gave him. he tows me for gas money
now injector constant? can you better explain that? i hate constantly asking questions but im a sponge right now and im learning as much as i can
im buying the MAF as soo as i have a spare $240 (shipping included) it should make tuning the car much much easier

Injector constant is how big your computer thinks you injectors are.
The DME calculates how much air (mass flow) is going into the engine.
If 120 grams per second of airflow are going into the engine, then the DME will need to inject 10 grams per second of fuel flow to get a 12:1 AFR.
If it thinks your injectors flow 2.4 g/s (19 lb/hr = 2.4 g/s Google: "pounds per hour to grams per second") each and there are six of them totalling ~14.4 g/s fuel flow, then the DME knows that it needs to command 84% duty cycle to get 12 g/s of fuel flow.
However, if your injectors are actually flowing 5.3 g/s (42 lb/hr) and the DME commands 84% duty cycle, it will actually be flowing 26 g/s of fuel into the engine when it wants 12 g/s. This is why the engine runs rich with bigger injectors than the computer thinks it has.
If you change the injector constant in the DME (via the WAR chip) to be what the injectors actually flow, then you'll be closer to a good tune.

Not the whole map... just the "injector flow rate".
ehhh have you ever worked with the war tuning software? i dont think you can change just the flow rate
You bought it. Call them and ask.
I have a hard time believing that the software wouldn't have that capability.
damn its hard enough to get ahold of brody.. craaaappp.
every link that i find leads me to millerperformancecars.com but its always error404 does not exist.. this is BS its like everything i need to know is unreachable..

Interesting... I can get to it.

You're welcome.
It's good you found a cheap tow truck
my cheap tow truck had a trans smell today.. lol hyundai's dont like a 3500lb car on a dolly behind them haha pictures of the exhaust work soon
ask and you shall recieve.. i got the car back from the exhaust shop today.. they did fantastic work(minus the angle of my tips ) but it sounds really friggin mean..
i have a 3" downpipe then when it leave the engine bay it splits into 2 2" pipes routing thru the factory resonator then it goes to 2.5" pipes after the rear axle and leaves out of 2 3.5" stainless polished tips.. that need to be angled up a few degrees to make me happy.. i hate tips that look like they are pointed down..
pictures and video tomorrow since im off work and its raining today..
i'd be a tad worried about the white smoke after letting off the gas. what turbo are you using and is it new or used?

car sounds sick! Personally I would have gotten shorter tips.. but whatever floats your boat
Just wanted to say, my 735 throws out a ton of white smoke on cold mornings... Then again mine isn't turbo'd

Dude cut those tips down like 3'
Like has been said, whatever floats your boat, but it seems like it could use another muffler (or two), and... the tips also seem a bit.... long.
But either way, congrats on getting it running anyways! Staying tuned for dyno results.

Nice to hear it running. But the white smoke looks troubling. You can see the black rich puff, so I mean the white one.
The tips though erm, needs to cut down on via gra.
yeah idk if the white puff has anything to do with it being cold. the fact that it puffs after letting off the gas leads me to believe there's an issue somewhere with something burnining after your blow off valve releases.
