What is the piont of the ballasts? U dont need them. I have the same celis tail lights without the ballast units. What i did was: i put out the leds from my tail light units and have converted the circuit to 12volt and have a resistance between so that the led are getting 6 volt constantly. I make it like this way and it worked just perfect, without the ballasts...

I have another set, just like what the OP is selling. One slight difference is: You can pick the tailight pair that you want. I have regular CELIS and another set that is professionally smoked. No broken tabs. No corrosion on terminals.

Ballasts and tails were tested working.
