Are you looking for like a liters-per-minute measurement?
I'm not sure its available, but look through your motor ECU's analog pages to see if that provides you with something usable.

Short Term Fuel Trim and Long Term Fuel Trim

In case you or anyone is still wondering...

THis is for an e39 (DME 7.2)...probably the same for others
    INPA
    analog values 2
    Short Term Fuel Trim
    lamdaintegrator 1 and lamdaintegrator 2

    Long Term Fuel Trim
adaptation value additiv 1 and adaptation value additive 1

adaptation value multiplicativ 1 and adaptation value multiplicativ 2

Finding this information (What is STFT and LTFT?) is not readily accessible but I found this post....http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1724351

This should be easier to find in say an INPA guide or something but unfortunately, troubleshooting BMW's using forums takes a lot of searching...

Hope this helps either the OP (probably figured it out already) or someone else...

If someone else finds this in error, please correct.

Your car is pulling back a lot of fuel because it senses it's running too rich.
We will need to know a lot more detailed info if you want us to answer the why.
