Question about the Satellite radio decks.....

I really don't know to much about these satellite radios. I know you pretty much get commercial free radio. Do you get channels like the internet radio stations such as ClubFMradio.com and DigitallyImported.com all the time? Do you pay a fee each month for the service? I was considering satellite radio in my car. Any info would be grateful. Thanks.
