LCM + INPA diagnostics

Hello, I have a couple of questions on those two..or three
I just got my inpa usb cable and got some engine troubles..

I guess my ICV is going mad? Or I get some air from some where else?
Plus that in the engine roughness option I have some troubles with cylinder number 4 and 5, on idle it shows +300 and +1100.
The next question would be can I code LCM with NCS?
INPA does not see LCM module at all, I don't have any indications on my cluster, no errors if the bulb dies, and of course no reverse lights. NSC will help or do I need DIS or something else?
