No, we are keeping the price at $235 shipped until 6/30, irrespective of how many we sell.
I'm not positive about re-drilling but the lip comes with mounting hardware.
Maybe Tipsy or crono67 can answer your question.

the instructions come in German so me and a tech at work made the best of it. the rieger lip has cut outs for the factory mounting points to the bumper so we reused the factory hardware. the metal piece that comes with the lip is the bottem piece and sandwiches the rieger lip with the factory lip. then we used the extra holes on the reiger lip to drill into the factory lip then used the supplies hardware. so effectively the reiger lip and OE lip are one piece and are removed from the bumper as one piece. the only "issue" we had was how to deal with the holes for the push rivets on the end of the lip, we just muscled them in place but they arent secured 100% in (havent fallen out yet) i can try to get pics of the underside maybe tomorrow if not mon-tues next week.
