Here's the parts list of that kit. Let's go line by line.
X - The plastic washers are not necessary if you're using a new rod end joint and shifter. The new rod end joints and shifters are slightly wider, eliminating the need for these delicate washers.
☑ - The shifter arm bushing should be replaced
X - The shifter carrier pin does not need to be replaced. It can easily be reused.
☑ - The "shifter bushings" should definitely be replaced.
☑ - Yes, though MTC is not a well known brand. I would only buy Genuine BMW here.
☑ - The shifter ball bushing should be replaced. But again, I'd go Genuine BMW here.
X - these metal circlips are pretty tough, and their design has changed a bit, but unless yours are mangled, I don't think it is necessary to replace them.
☑ - Shifter rod end joint should definitely be replaced. However, Üro is one of the brands I would actively avoid. I would only buy the Genuine BMW part here, and the Genuine BMW rod end joint also includes a new circlip and a new foam bushing that goes between the rod end and the shifter shaft. The new rod end joint from BMW actually specifies to not use the yellow plastic washers -

I've had bad experiences with every Üro part I've used, with one notable exception - the Üro Premium line of Window Regulators are actually very good.

computiNATEor something is wrong with your attachments, for some reason I can't see them.
I agree that plastic washers are not needed, they're just included in the kit.
I also agree on uro and window regulator.
I did read reviews on this particular shifter tod end joint, and people seem happy with the uro part.
I did buy oem shifter ball bushing, this kit just comes with one.
The clips I also bought from bmw.
I guess the only concern is the uro part, will see how it hold up.
Now just need to decide if I should replace the giubo and center bushing for the driveshaft. They seem to be without cracks from what I can see.
