I only have 2 screws per plate and they are corroded rusty ones at that. Where can I get some black plastic ones? What thread/size are they - I bought some generic brand plate screws but they were too big. I also ordered some from Bavarian Autosport but they are back-ordered.
Every time I close the hatch on my TI the plate rattles making the whole back end of my car sound like some cheap [insert your hated car preference here].
Thanks!
Go to Home Depot or Lowes and get Stainless screws, thats what I did.Take a old screw with you to get the right size!!!
Good luck
vern
That's exactly what I did. I got four stainless security (one-way) screws from a local Ace Hardware store.

you can get them from your local BMW dealer for like $50/screw
you can use a nailgun and that sucker will never move again
