Exclamation License Plate Screws - Specs Please! Where to find them?

I only have 2 screws per plate and they are corroded rusty ones at that. Where can I get some black plastic ones? What thread/size are they - I bought some generic brand plate screws but they were too big. I also ordered some from Bavarian Autosport but they are back-ordered.

Every time I close the hatch on my TI the plate rattles making the whole back end of my car sound like some cheap [insert your hated car preference here].

    Thanks!

    Yes
That's exactly what I did. I got four stainless security (one-way) screws from a local Ace Hardware store.

Mine aren't security screws but I purposely got larger self-tapping screws. You need a power drill to get them out.
