Has anyone made their own harness bar? Or had one made for them?

Looking to see if anyone has any info on the harness bars that different people have used.

I know a couple welders that are professionals and would do the welding very cheap for me. Just trying to see what materials different people have used.

I know that sparco bars use .120 wall steel tubing so Im probably going to go with that. But right now I'm trying to figure out what size diameter piping to go with.

So if anyone has any info. Or if anyone has a bar that they can measure up for me that would be awesome.

Use the same tubing as is specified for cage construction. 1.75x0.120" DOM tubing would be fine.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
