Cosmos also has "cosmic" metallic colors in it.

    Purple, green, etc.

You can see them in bright sunlight.

I have it and I'm not the biggest fan. It's an ok color.

cosmos is similar to carbon black today. it more sparkly and under certain lights it can look almost blueish. jet black is flat black.

The carbon black can look dark bluish, but to me the cosoms can look more of a dark charcoal.

I've got jet black on my Z3, its completly dark and shiny. Hinzm3 has cosmos black and when our cars are side by side in person, he has shimmering flakes of glitter (or so) scattered around his paint. I actually like the cosmos black better then the jet black, but thats just opinion.

Resurrecting an old thread (if that's OK). How bad would a jet black hardtop look on a cosmos black M Roadster? I'm buying a hardtop from a seller who doesn't know which black his is. So, assuming it isn't an exact match, I would probably get it painted.
