LUK power steering Pump LFR 68 repair kit source?

This power steering pump is installed on E32 730 V8 and E32 740 V8 as well as E34 540 V8 and the EURO 530 V8, all with the M60 engine. Also used in E31 840 and in E38

While I found sources for the ZF power steering pump for the E32 735, E34 535 and E32 750 on the net and repaired my pump quite easy, I am looking for a source for the LUK pumps, model type is LFR 68. That pump delivers 130 Bar.
    LUK parts number is 2106385, BMW 1091911,also Bmw-Nr:1140902 130 bar LFR 68 2105974
    and Vickers
    Example E34 540/530 M60:
For vehicles with Self-levelling suspension AT-TANDEM VANE PUMP VICKERS 32411141574, LUK Power Steering Pump 975012 32411141574
    even ZF is used:
    5' E34 540i HYDRO STEERING-SERVOTRONIC Rmfd hydro steering gear ZF 32131141483
    Rmfd power steering pump 32411141570, Luk 32411141570, Cross References:32411141569, W0133-1598557 (?)
    E32 740/730 M60
    AT-TANDEM VANE PUMP VICKERS 32411140908. Part #: LUK-5410046100 LuK 541 0046 10 (?)
    E31 840i/Ci
    01 AT-VANE PUMP 32411141568 = LuK LF 68 130 bar
Trying since a long time to allocate a supplier but so far no success. Anybody knows a source?

Once in a while, Luk rebuilds come up on eBay for cheap. I paid $125 for a rebuilt one with the Luk Service tag on it. I searched for several different part numbers used on E34s and E32s and eventually found a few.

got a hint from whiskychaser: quote - LUK PS pump parts : The only parts I could find are seal kits as per this catalogue: http://srtp.us/yahoo_site_admin/asse....140132939.pdf
I imagine Schaeffler want to protect their refurb plant in D59423 Unna so you can only get a Luk pump on an exchange basis here. I couldnt even find seals in the UK so doubt you could get hold of hard parts. I know you have been trying to sort this for a while so spent some time on it. Sorry I couldnt get a better result - unquote

    = complete seal kit (OEM #'s 515775, 0515775) , contents item #'s 1 thru 6, SRTP part number 8819

Note: no other parts are available for "LUK" series pumps. If additional parts are needed, it will be necessary to order a remanufactured or new pump. Call (281) 386 7229
    with number stamped/stenciled on pump.

I am still looking for a power steering pump repair kit for the M60. No rebuilt pumps, just a seal kit, same like the one which is available for the ZF 19mm shaft pump, the ZF kit looks like this

Just need a source where to buy. Or has someone a spare LUK pump and can disassemble it and make pics and take dimensions?

Update: Maybe that is a complete kit http://www.srtp.us/yahoo_site_admin/...214742_std.jpg from here http://www.srtp.us/steering_seal_kits__parts

Have you tried searching for the individual seals and such? Much of it could be industry standard items. Gaskets could be fabricated.

Just a follow up, if anyone did a repair and has a source or can make a kit available, there is much demand.

    Fellow Forum Members,
I have developed a DIY Repair Kit for the LUK, LF-20, LF-30, PSP's (Power Steering Pumps). I also sell a gasket kit for the LF-68

Jay, nothing is mentioned in your write up about E32 M60 pumps??
    "BMW PSP (power steering pump) LUK (LF-30) e36, e38, e39, e46 - DIY LEAK Repair Kit, Added LUK (LF-20), Added LUK (LF-68) Jun 28, 2015–Oct 15, 2017"

I do not have an E32 740 therefore I do not know the exact model type of the maker LuK? The above info in my first post I found with google search. On Ebay I now found one offered for E32 740 and the name tag says LuK Fahrzeug Hydraulik, 6380 Bad Homburg
    Model VTP68, LuK no. 02-105974, pressure 130 bar, date 12C93, customer no. 1 140 902,
    offered as: BMW E32 730 730I 730IL 740 740I 740IL M60 OEM POWER STEERING AT TANDEM VANE PUMP, Manufacturer Part Number: 32411140908, superseded Part Number: 32411140902, 32411140901 removed from a 1994 E32 740i.
    http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/partxref?q=32411140908
realoem again says it is Vickers: AT-TANDEM VANE PUMP VICKERS 32411140908
    A bit confusing

    E38 has a different pump, for example: E38 740i 740iL 95-01 Power Steering Pump OEM LUK - 32 41 1 092 015
