    Question about realoem and maximillian

I'm about to place an order for parts to refresh the shifter linkage. The issue is when looking at the diagrams and the chart says the Qty needed per car. The numbers seem to match up but some parts I'm not too sure if I need two of.

    Parts in question is #7

    and #2 and #4

    Thanks!

I have replaced #2 and #4 on my former 1983 320i. You will need two of each...they attach at the right and left front corners of the shifting arm.

I am not sure about #7, since I didn't need that for my project. It does indicate that two are needed, however, as you can see. I would tend to go with that.

    There's definitely only 1 of #7. That's odd that it says 2.

Thanks for the help guys, but it looks as though bimmerspecialist.com only has one of part #4. It looks as though I'll have to hold off for now on ordering those parts. I could try pelicanparts, but bimmerspecialist prices cover all taxes, brokerage and duty fees for us Canadian folks.

Please tell me you're not paying anywhere near the $29.82 Maximillian is listing for #4 (Shift support bracket)
Bavauto lists for $11.95 (Just FYI)

Well it was listed at $20 from bimmerspecialist, but like I said their fees are all in. Bavauto and bmp deliveries get taxed on all these fees when shipping up north. Last time I ordered parts from bmp i paid nearly $80 in extra charges when the delivery guy came to the door. Ugh.....truth is I blame it all on my damn cousin ahaha. He's coming up on Sunday from MD, but he never gave me a firm answer on what day he was coming up, I think he knew I wanted to order some parts for him to bring up, that damn bastard!!! lol

    anyways next time

Ach! My apologies. I wasn't paying attention to your '20' when I posted.
