FS in NJ: 1990 325i cabriolet, lots of pics

Hey guys, I recently picked this up and have done a lot of work to it. I have up for sale a 1990 325ic that's been very well maintained and kept in mostly stock condition by its previous owners. It was used mostly as a weekend car by the PO's to go to the shore. It has just under 176k miles and all of the gauges and meters work as they should, it has a smoothly shifting automatic transmission and is Schwarz black exterior with tan heated sport seats, with newer custom fitted seat covers for both front and rear, rear seats are in good condition under the covers but fronts have some rips in the actual seat leather, but bolster foam seems good. I installed a beautiful CRACK FREE dash and I took great care to be sure that everything fit back up perfectly and snug, and M-tech steering wheel, and the convertible top is like new!! The engine starts, runs, idles and revs very nicely and the car pulls strong. The transmission shifts well and the car rides very smoothly overall and is a pleasure to cruise around in. All four doorcards look great and the glass is good all around. The rear shocks will most likely need to be replaced within the next year, and the front lip is missing. The antenna was broken so I removed it all together and the passenger front fender is pretty dented up, but it doesn't exceed beyond that, I can replace all, or some of these items for an additional fee. There are a few more little dents and dings, but overall the Schwarz black paint shines up nicely and looks very presentable.

I just performed the following maintenace over the past week:
    -Oil change with Mobil 1
-New brake pads and rotors all around
    -Brake fluid bleed
    -Coolant flush and fresh refill
-Power steering flush and fresh refill
-All 3 new belts for Power steering, alternator, and A/C (although A/C seems to need a re-charge)
    -Newer OEM exhaust system
    -New Bosch spark plugs
    -Tire rotation
    -New front and rear Roundels
-New bulbs in the gauge cluster (with the annoying brake lining bulb removed)
    -Painted red gauge needles
    -Shampooed the carpet (looks great!)
-Black tinted high beams, tailights, and signal markers
    -Debadged trunk
    -Shadowline beltline trim
-The stock radio was re-installed but will need the code

The great thing is that this car is probably 95-97% rust free and there are only a couple of small spots of rust, and overall the chasis, and body are in extremely clean condition, definitely rare to find on the east coast! All lights work properly all electronics function as they should except as I mentioned the A/C is not currently working and may just need a recharge. Buyer can choose between the tinted high beams and tailights or stock OEM lights.

Price on CL is at $4500 obo, but for forum members I'll offer it up at $4000 obo

Yes, I know for most of us it's a bummer that it's an automatic, but it's a great car to drive around all summer in while you're gathering your 24V swap, then swap it over the winter...OR...drive it til it dies!!

Don't comment on the price, don't bother with any negativity, just enjoy the pics:

I took the cabby out two days ago for a couple of nice trips totaling 200 miles, and unfortunately the ODO stopped working today while out, but the good news is that she ran absolutely beautifully, and was a blast to drive!!

I havne't installed the new brakes yet, or sourced a new passenger front fender, so for forum members who can easily take care of these two things, I'll sell it for $3500
