Scott, is this the inside pillar? 88/89 or 82-87? Or is this the end piece up top like a cover?

This is for a 1988 BMW M6. It is the top piece at the top of the inside " B " pillar. Yes it is the end piece like a cover with three or two small " pegs " on the back to insert and hold it in place. About 4 inches long and 1/2 inch 3/4 inch wide. Need it and will pay along with..................................

And, it's only $6 at the BMW of Nashville dealership as well.

It's more than likely in AG and will take 5-9 business days for an extra $10.

So total cost is $16 for BMW new.

I think you'll have it in plenty of time before Sharkfest,

My greatest appreciation to everyone who replied to my problem. This is the greatest forum and its memebers are the best. Recently I purchased a 2007 SL550 and have been on the MB boards. What a group of mindless rich DA's , none could answer even the most basic / simple questions. Can they buy the cars - YES - do they have any clue about the cars - NO - !

Extreme thanks to all who answered my request except the Fng A Hole in CA who sent me the PM. Typical DF who belongs in a Renault Fuego and not in any BMW much less a 6. What a disgrace to not only humans but to automobiles as well !

Yup, North Miami Beach area.

I won't make it to Sharfest this year. I had full intentions of attending when I finally moved south but these two trip were too close together. It will be next year...

I will check Blue and White Autohouse out. I assume they worked on you M6?

Anytime you want some cuban food I can FedEx you some. I still don't know where any of the good Cuban restaurants are, don't get out much yet...
